Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Caliper on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), together with the notices below.

Effective date: July 21, 2026

License agreement

Caliper is licensed, not sold, to you.

On iOS,your license is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which applies to apps made available through the App Store.

On Android, your license is governed by these Terms of Use, together with Google Play's terms of service.

Read Apple's Standard EULA

Subscriptions

Caliper offers auto-renewing subscriptions, sold through the app stores. Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store (iOS) or to your Google account through Google Play (Android).

Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (iOS) or in Google Play (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

Introductory offers. Some plans may include an introductory price — for example, a discounted first year — that applies for a stated period, after which the subscription renews at the standard price. Where an introductory offer applies, the exact price, introductory period, and renewal terms are shown in the app before you purchase, and the subscription auto-renews at the standard price unless you cancel.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by the app stores, so refunds are handled by Apple (for iOS purchases) and Google (for Android purchases) under their respective store policies. We are not able to process store refunds directly. To request one, use the refund process in the App Store or Google Play. If you have a question, you can also contact us at support@getcaliper.app.

Not medical advice

Caliper is an organizational tool. Caliper organizes your data — it doesn't recommend a dose, schedule, or outcome. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for verifying any calculation against your own vial, prescription, and provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any question about your dose, schedule, or health.

You agree to use Caliper only for your own lawful, personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the app stores' terms. You agree not to misuse the App — including by attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the App or our systems, or by using it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Caliper is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Caliper after an update means you accept the revised terms.
