Delete account or data

Request deletion of your Caliper account or your synced cloud data. This works whether or not you still have the app installed.

Use this form to ask us to delete the data Caliper keeps for you. Because Caliper accounts are created through Sign in with Apple or Google, there is no password to log in with here — instead, tell us the email on your account and we'll take care of it. You don't need the app installed to make a request.

Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play.

Prefer to do it in the app?You can also delete your account from Settings → Account & backup → Delete account.
